I am now working in my "Boston studio", which is in West Roxbury, MA, aneighborhood in Boston.I enjoy it because it is about 20 minutes by car to the Museum of Fine Arts,Boston, which is my favorite place in Boston!..I also enjoy watching some squirrels that often come to the tree outside of my living room window. And I am happy that I can enjoy quilting here for 6-7 hours every day on my newest project, and I am enjoying everything about my daily life in Boston.

I attended the opening at the Mobilia Gallery in Cambridge of the special exhibition "GLASS QUAKE". I enjoyed viewing the many beautiful works of many famous glass artists, and was happy to meet many of them to discuss their work and learn more about different arts!! (The textile on the wall is the work of Mitsuko Akutsu.)
4th April(Easter Sunday)
I enjoyed a walk in this beautiful park on Sunday; the weather was like summer!
The ARNOLD ARBORETUM was created by Harvard University.
It is about 10 minutes from the apartment.
The cherry blossoms and the magnolias were beautiful, and many other flowers were blooming!
The park was built in 1873 for the purpose of plant research by the university.
Cherry blossoms are cherry blossoms anywhere...but I was especially happy to sense the smell and beauty, and to know that "I am finally back to Boston!"
6th April; Museum of Fine Arts, Boston
I attended a Turkish Film Festival (including a cocktail reception in Bravo)
I enjoyed this reception as it was a good opportunity to meet many people who are important for the continued success of the museum.(My picture is near the Fenway entrance to the museum)
